All prices are quoted nett.
Validity of Prices
Prices are valid for the periods shown but are subject to
change without notice in the event of Government action, i.e.
increase in hotel tax or VAT, or to increase if prices are
significantly affected by other circumstances beyond our control.
Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of
publication and may alter should any major variation in exchange
Prices generally include transport per the itinerary, full
board accommodation, picnic/extra lunches where stated, scheduled
charter flights where mentioned and park entrance fees.
Itinerary prices generally exclude international flights,
visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance
(medical or other), flying doctor membership, drinks, tips, phone
calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature.
Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents
generally pay 50%.
A deposit is required on booking and the
balance 4 weeks before the booking date. If booking within 4 weeks
of the booking date, the whole amount is payable at time of
confirmation. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation of
arrangements, the right is reserved not to undertake a booking if
payment is not made in accordance with the foregoing.
Any booking cancelled forfeits the deposit and if cancelled
within 31 days and the day of the safari the total cost of the
safari is forfeited.
Wherever possible we book rooms with private baths
throughout a safari on the basis of two persons sharing a double
room. Single rooms are available at supplementary cost but neither
single nor rooms with private bathrooms can be guaranteed. Ordinary
double or single rooms in some Tree hotels do not have private

agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotels,
sightseeing tours, restaurants, all forms of transportation and
other services which may be included in these tours. Magical Africa
Safaris Ltd purchases these services from suppliers and other
independent contractors, without warranties and representations from
them and thus such services are not subject to its control. The
right is reserved to substitute hotels of comparable status and to
make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused
as a result of adverse road or weather conditions, disruptions to
airline schedules or any other valid reason. While all precautions
are taken to ensure the passenger's safety and enjoyment on these
tours, Magical Africa safaris Ltd and/or its agents shall not be
liable for death, injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any
cause and in any manner whatsoever or change of itinerary or act,
including any acts of terrorism, acts of God and government,
neglect, accident, error or omission caused by any of these
suppliers or independent contractors, their employees,
representatives or any event beyond the control of Magical Africa
safaris Ltd. All baggage is carried at the passenger's own risk, and
Magical Africa safaris Ltd reserves the right to exclude certain
baggage at its discretion. The airlines used to provide flights
within Kenya are subject to international air conventions limiting
its liability; the limitations of liability are contained on the
reverse side of the airline ticket and form part of the terms and
conditions of this package.
