Duma camp masai mara
Masai mara Duma Camp
is
located in the northwest corner of the Maasai Mara game reserve, a
private small luxury camp. With an air of uniqueness, the semi permanent
camp offers comfort, excellent cuisine, bush picnics, sundowners in
places with excellent views, escorted walks could be arranged from
here.
Duma
Camp consists of five luxury double tents, with en suite bathrooms and
flush toilets. Each tent has solar lighting, Families are welcome
here and the tents are large enough to accommodate four beds so that
children can all sleep together if they wish to.
A day
at Duma Camp would start by waking at dawn with tea or coffee and
biscuits brought to your tent, then later going off on an early morning
game drive in search of the game. On some occasions a "bush breakfast"
is available and you can return to camp in time for lunch.
After
lunch, under the trees and looking out over the plains you may sight
animals such as giraffe and gazelles stroll by, then later in the
afternoon you are out again on a game drive in search of the animals not
yet sighted.
A full day game
drive is recommendable with picnic
lunches and spend all day out driving to various parts of the Maasai
Mara. Bird walks could also be interesting from Duma camp.
