The
Galdessa camp Tsavo has eleven comfortable and spacious thatched,
semi-tented bungalows all on wooden platforms each with an en suite
bathroom and private veranda.
Colored rugs and sofa cushions are laid out on the large boulders
overlooking the Galana River and beyond where you can lay back, relax
and watch the round orange sun slowly set over Mount Kilimanjaro.
Visitors are ensured of their privacy as all of the bungalows are situated well
distanced apart. The main lounge and dining room areas are spacious
where guests enjoy hearty meals and can relax during their free time.
The
bathrooms are huge with the traditional safari bucket showers, flush
toilets and basins with cold and hot running water.
Open
4x4 wheel drive vehicles are used for game drives, discover the river
frontage and its seasonal tributaries.
At
Galdessa camp tsavo full or half day game drives can be arranged to
explore the parks expansive and open grasslands, picnic lunches are
served by staff with cold, iced drinks at selected lunch camp sites in
the park. Bush breakfasts and dinners can also be organized at the camp.
